THE DEN, formerly the Muscle Athletics Center, officially opened its doors in 2022 and is the home of NORTHWEST PACK BASEBALL team practices, training classes, and year-long private instruction.

The DEN consists of 5,000 square feet premier indoor training space with wall to wall premium turf and netting. Fully configurable to meet the needs of all our players, The DEN features permanent pitching and hitting lanes, as well as an open flex space for footwork, fielding, and throwing drills. A dedicated arm care and conditioning station provides players with the tools necessary to build speed and strength that will translate to the field.

Additionally, The DEN features a classroom setting for coaches to break down film, educational videos, and conduct team meetings.
